Expanded league and expansion but can't add fictional players to fill up my minors

I Expanded the league and did the expansion draft but I can't add fictional players to fill up my minors. I went to the Fill teams with fictional players function but it doesn't add them. I'm not new to this but am I doing something wrong?

Found out how. You have to go to each minor leagues screen and say fill up rosters. Sorry

When you are in league setup on this page, select the appropriate league from the dropdown top right then hit the :Fill Teams" button and it will do all teams at that level. This is much quicker then doing them individually.

Funny thing about the "fill teams" option. It hasn't been getting me pitchers. I have no limits on the minor league rosters. I have plenty of position players. But at S A, A, AA, and AAA I had maybe three starting pitchers and one or two relievers. So I'd try to fill the team and nothing changed.

I finally got so irritated I just created players to fill those slots. My minor league staffs are probably better than average now, but it was that or take whatever refuse I found out there. I figured I deserved something for the effort I had to go through.

Has anyone else had this problem with the "fill teams" option in a fictional league?
