Minor League Rosters Keep Deleting?

I am getting a bug with the minor league roasters. After each day in the game, the minor league teams just keep deleting all the players. I discovered that the players are still on my shortlists, and when I go to their profiles, it still says they are on their team, but when i go to the team page, the roster is empty. I can fix it by asking the AI to set up the entire minor league system, but the next game day the same thing will happen.
