managing an MLB team

Is it possible to just manage a major league team? In the past, it seems like you've had to be GM and manager both, or just GM, but you couldn't just manage the team. Was just kind of curious on this.

I haven't tried it, but I'm pretty sure you can in this version. When you start a game, you have an option of being "Manager," "Manager and GM," or "GM".

yeah manager only mode can be fun. select manager only when accepting a job. If you already have a job, you'd have to enter commissioner mode to change it to manager only.
