Looking to create a expansion team and fairly new to OOTP17 just have a few questions..

When it comes to hiring the following staff what is it that people look for:

Manager:
Bench Coach:
Pitching Coach:
Hitting coach:
Assistant GM
Trainer

With Scout i know try to go for Outstanding or legendary but not sure when ti coems to the staff above what to look for?

An easy way ist to take the most experienced guys at every position. Additionally, for my minor leagues, as a tiebraker, I look at if he manages young players well.

I keep ages and experience appropriate for level and then look for the best available in that area while keeping pay realistic. For any lower level of course I watch for working with young players well and with MLB I look more for working well with veterans as there are at least far more of those there.
