Old Timer's Day

The Yankees have a neat tradition called Old Timer's Day where a bunch of former players come out for a casual day game. It's a cool event that gets some local fanfare, and is probably only really practical for the Yankees on a regular basis in real life.

With the historic rosters, I feel like Old Timer's day could be a neat little time warp that plays out like the All Star game, where you could select two rosters made up of Retired Players from your organization. They could be as they were when they retired (or maybe in their prime, I don't know!) but it could be a neat little way to bring nostalgia into games, especially for people that have been playing their leagues for decades.

Good and interesting idea. I think the players should come into the game with their ratings from their last season played in the league so they have the "aged" affect in their ratings.
