Problems downloading an online league file

I'm in a few online leagues, but I'm currently having issues in one of them. I keep getting an error message that reads

"An error occured while loading the database!
Could not load world file"

I tried completely deleting the league and starting from scratch. I download the setup files and i can load the league no issues, but when i try to download the latest file, i get the same error.

Any suggestions?

Im going to guess your commish patched but you haven't. What version are you?
