Not seeing any other teams doing trades even though i have the trade frequency setting on very high

What time of year are you in? There are naturally few trades at the start of the season, and after the trade deadline. You also need to be sure AI teams don't have the "prevent AI moves" flag checked.

June just after the first year player draft and ill check the prevent Al Moves flag thanks
