Traded player from NL to AL, showing up on NL all star ballot.
I traded Votto to toronto in my franchise about 60 games in to year 1. He shows up on the all star list as the number 3 first baseman voted on the NL squad. After 2 weeks he's still on the NL team.

There are weird precedents with cross-league trades. I don't believe OOTP would automatically select him for an NL team, but if you're manually selecting all-stars that goes out the window.

It would like Samardjiza a couple years ago - names to the NL team, but was dealt to the AL. So he gets credit for an All-star, but doesn't end up playing for either league. You can essentially think of it as like "the ballots were already printed" when he got dealt.
