OOTP 16 Vs OOTP 17

I just redownloaded OOTP 16 and am considering OOTP 17. But is there a big noticeable change going from OOTP 16 to 17?

As in user interface?

More new features are present, too numerous to list.

Interface has changed in some areas but going from 16 to 17 is not difficult at all.

IMHO Historical minor leagues and the number of players available is a big step forward in 17.
