how to fix facegen?

can't find anything about my problem.
game gives same faces to different players, sometimes with different emotions xd. how to fix that? i'm playing historical campaign started in 1870. downloaded 2 photos and 1 facegen packs, all installed.
but that guy annoying me... no mustache no beards i have seen. but in previous game (played from 1970 to 1980) all worked good, different faces, etc.

fictional or real players? If you have a facegen pack installed you might need to update them. League settings - Players & facegne - Update / generate all player pictures.

i don't know fictional or not. yes, i updated. and some of them changed. but newcomers getting same faces again. i thought facegen will generate random... ok... not a big, but annoying trouble. maybe i should enable update on 1st january. will try.

guess main thing was in "Load photofit automatically"
now i have all players different. but not sure on new players would be different.

almost all fictional players was identical

I second Sadman. At least in Historical Exhibition mode. . . (Waiting for another patch or two before beginning a 1935NL replay. Go Giants!)

Latest example: created a 9-game series between the 1930 Philadelphia A's and the 1906 Chicago Cubs. (Oil and water.) Facegen is TURNED OFF. First two games of the series all the appropriate player photos are there. Game 3? Idiotic faces have replaced the photos -- half of both teams are now African American. And I did nothing to the game or league between games 2 and 3.

I'd say there's a real problem here. (I do have all the mods installed, but -- as I wrote -- Facegen is off. And "look for photos first" is turned on.)

It's an awesome product, but I really hope this can be fixed ASAP.

well.. my problem solved. with that things i enabled/disabled.
