Texas Rangers. I had to piece together a cap logo, so it's not really accurate, but it looks okay from a distance.

Put them in a folder that you will have easy access to.
Team Settings - Modify Team Colors & Logos - Jerseys & Caps -Select then go to the location you saved them at, select the jersey.

Logos & jerseys work for all version of OOTP I have played since 11.
