When do u sub your reliever pitchers in?
for me its usually after the 2nd out of the 7th inning depending on how the games going if we're losing big then I sub them in earlier

Depending on: How is my starting pitchers pitchcount, how close is the game, how good the starter is, if he gets shelled at the moment, which part of the lineup is coming up, which handedness have those batters and my starter as well as my availble relievers, how tired my bullpen is....and probably more.

I usually hope my starter can get me 7 solid innings, but it depends. I usually take them out at around 100 pitches if I playing a game with modern settings. My ace can go a bit longer if his stamina allows him.
