Incorrect Steam achievement notification

Version 17.6 Build 46 (32 bit) Steam Edition (Windows)

While managing in-game, one of my AAA Oklahoma City Dodgers players (Enrique Hernandez) hit two solo home runs in a game against the Iowa Cubs. At the end of the game, I was notified that I unlocked the bronze Slugger achievement. This achievement shows as unlocked in my in-game achievements page. According to the description, this is the achievement for hitting 4 HR. When viewing my achievements on Steam, the correct achievement (Double Dinger) shows as being unlocked.

Sorry, where does it show as the 4 HR? I'm not sure which description you're talking about. Screenshot please?

I have included a screengrab from the achievement screen in OOTP17 showing the unlocked Slugger achievement, followed by a clip of the (locked) Slugger achievement description on my Steam profile, and the Double Dinger achievement which unlocked instead on my Steam profile.

The names of achievements do not always match Steam and in-game. For example, in-game it's simply 3 levels of slugger for 2/3/4 HR in a game. In steam those 3 have 3 different names (slugger being the 4-HR variant)
