BEST Starting Record?

What is the best record you have started a season with? What is the best you have seen?

I am currently 14-2 with the Cleveland Indians, and I find myself a little shocked. Happy, no doubt, but still in shock. Just wondering if this happens frequently with other users.

15-4 with the Boston Red Sox in my Fictional League in 1906 (Fictional Players, too). I saw great performances especially from all my Starters during this short period. I thought this could be our year but it wasn´t. We ended up 79-83.

Never reached such starting record anymore and i´m in 1922, 22 years without any title or World Series appearence. What a great game !

Wow. I guess that's how baseball really is though; you might have a great (or terrible) stretch and STILL may have the season end the opposite way!

12-0 with the 1967 CWS (great pitching and defence).
However, as I remember, by the All-Star Break, they were 10 games out, and the rest of the season continued the same way.
