Future of ootp 3d graphics

The game is amazing now with the 3d pawns. I remember marcus posting that some specific plan on how he plans to add new features to 3d. I just cant find the post though. So does anyone have an idea what next years 3d will be like or the ootp 19 version? Thanks. Im so excited. I may play every game this time now!!!!

I agree with you. It's my favorite way to play out a game.

I look forward to the future when you see players backing up on plays, throws from the cutoff, diving catches and more suspense about whether a ball will be caught at the wall, or whether a possible home run is fair or foul.

I think the 3d seems like it would be really fun and the way I would play, but for my system I guess it wont work. For me it is so slow and skips, and after about 20 minutes it shuts my computer down because my system is too hot.

You must have an older PC. The 3D is pretty lightweight as far as games go, it isn't anything that even integrated graphics should have an issue with. The math part is usually where the system resources are taxed the most

I know I'm pretty taxed when I try to do math...

But seriously...

I remember reading some post where Markus envisioned a 3D stadium builder for OOTP at some point! I'm sure that's probably a looooong way off though...

Anybody remember the stadium builder in Earl Weaver Baseball?
