Delete real MLB player nicknames?

I would like to remove ALL nicknames from the game, not only on new rookies but real-life MLB players.

Is there a way to do this?
I already deleted the "nick_names.txt to prevent future rookies but I want to disable nicknames from the game entirely.

Step 1: Click MLB (or whatever your league is) then League Settings
Step 2: Click Players & Facegen Tab
Step 3: Uncheck 'Show Player Nicknames'
