First MLB Manager 2016 update

I just submitted the first update to Apple. Once they accept it, it is automatically released.

Change list:

- iPad Pro support fixed
- Opening Day roster update (new game needed)
- Trade difficulty added
- Trade AI preference added
- Game Logs added to in-game and league schedule
- Added the ability to decide what Game Logs to save
- Added support for individual ballpark backgrounds (in-game) via iTunes Share. Please use the following sizes for the pics on the different device types:

Non-Retina iPhone´s (below the iPhone 4): 480*256 pixel
iPhone 4/4s (retina): 960*512 pixel
all iPhone 5 and iPhone 6: 1135*512 pixel

Non-Retina iPad (iPad 1 + 2, iPad Mini 1): 1024*640 pixel
iPad 3 (and newer) + iPad Mini 2 (newer) + iPad Pro: 2048*1280 pixel

Please name the file exactly like the name of the ballpark (you can look up the name on the Team Edit screen).

Well ... The update has to be approved by Apple first, but I will do the same when it does.

How bout the slight tweak to lessen park factors a little like we discussed?

I'm tired of the Rockies automatically having 3 of the top 5 in batting average every year.

The park effects are great to have but its too overpowering, player skill needs to have more of an effect.
