problem with preseason predictions

For those of you following my Kansas Baseball League, I'm up to opening day, just completed spring training, and I went to check out the preseason predictions and it was so totally off it wasn't even funny. I have set it up to be a 162 game season, but some of the teams were predicted to play 154 games, some 151, some 150. I don't get it. If you guys need to see a screenshot I'd be happy to post one tomorrow, but does anybody know why this could be? Is this a flawed feature, or am I not doing something right?

At a casual glance, did you generate a new schedule? I would suggest using the 2014-16 MLB schedule in the game. OOTP has issues with odd # in subleagues 15 & 15. 16 & 16 probably would have everyone at 162.
You can only change schedule in preseason.

Thanks. I'm on opening day, so it's probably too late to generate a new schedule for this season, isn't it? If so, I wouldn't even have a clue how to do it. Do you think it would just be easier to add a 16th team to each division for the KBL and the minors?

You can find the pre-season predictions under the league menu, under team info. Strange place for it.

thegame is right, but it has to be a balanced schedule for them to have problems, from what i've experienced... if you can work interleague stuff in, it fills the gaps (2-3 days off is the problem i see in this situation with odd # of teams).

this definitely sounds like a schedule that is not properly made. it's easy to do, if you made it by hand. if the game is creating the schedule with missing games, you may want to post in bugs..

maybe odd # of teams and balanced schedule causes both types of problems, and i just didn't notice in the past... it won't hurt either way... and other type-a's like myself can shoot down the bug report without real cause
