Intl Amateur FA Budget

I see this is a new addition to OOTP17. I havent found any documentation on it in the online manual. Do you have to put an amount here to be able to spend money in INT FA? If so, can you only spend to the amount you put here? Or is this basically just a placeholder for your money if you want it? Also, is it adjustable in season or only in the offseason like the Dev Budget?

I also havent found a way to turn this off, is there?

i think its a placeholder. I put my INTL budget at 3 million, and spent 21 million, so I think it just holds that money in place until you spend it, but you can go over.

I assumed it was a placeholder, but I saw a thread in the bugs forum where someone placed an amount in the INT FA budget and then wasnt allowed to spend it, hence the confusion.

At this point, I'm assuming its simply just a placeholder for projected spending, correct?

I think so. And if you aren't able to spend it, it might be because you're over budget O.o

It's supposed to be a convenience for the user - if you know you want to save some money for international amateur FAs, you can set it aside there, and then you won't accidentally overspend on veteran free agents. That's all it should be, you should still be able to spend more if you have more.

Haven't tested it though, so don't know if there are bugs.
