Expansion Draft question

Quick question as I am not sure of the answer.

I want to hold an expansion of the ML quickstart,
but I want teams to not automatically have their prospects in the minor leagues automatically protected, they must protect them.

Do I do that by unclicking a box something like (automatic protection with less than 1 year of playing time or something like that?)

That would be my guess, yes. Select one year or disable it if possible.
