Issues getting updated artwork with online league

I'm in an online league. We got all set up and I can pull the new league file as needed, everything is great.

However, we've had several teams update their uniforms and logos. The Commish got their uniforms and logos and put them in to his copy of the save so that they display correctly in his game.

When I imported the next league file, all of my logos were updated, and the smaller player pictures that show up when you mouse over a player's name or in the top prospects list, etc were updated with the new stuff. However, profile pics were not updating. They would all have either a blank uniform or an outdated one.

I deleted my save game, set everything back up, and downloaded the updated league file again just to see what would happen, and this time no graphics at all updated. The logos didn't update, there are no profile pics, every bit of it is broken.

Does anyone know what's going on with this or how I might be able to fix it?
