how do i change playoff format?

so i created a league based on MLB structure by in playoff settings it doesn't allow me to set number of wildcard teams.

what i really want is to have the current structure of 2 wildcards teams per sub-league but it only allows me one.

how can i change it?

saw that and when i select it, i get LESS options.

since the 2 wildcard teams per sub-league is the current format in real life, shouldn't that be the default?

just asking...

once you check the use custom playoffs box, you need to click the Green bar that says Customize playoffs (your color may vary depending on your skin)

that will open up this screen

thanks...i didn't know that screen existed.

still though custom playoffs only allow 1 wildcard team in each league.

what i'm trying to get is the standard playoff schedule with top 2 wildcards playing a 1 gm series like the real guys do.

there must be a way to do it

You can select more than one wildcard team. Just check 2 of the boxes shown in Painmantles example picture.

why doesn't it just default to the normal schedule?

or did the schedule change?

i thought it was 2 wildcards per league (AL & NL) and they play 1 game to advance.

shouldn't THAT format be the default?

the number of wild card teams you can select is only limited by the number of teams in the league. Just put a check in multiple boxes. And the current MLB Playoff format is the default for any league created with either the New Standard League or by selecting MLB as your world in a custom game. If your seeing anything different you aren't setting it up with one of those 2 options
