Amateur Draft All Pitchers have 1/2 star potential

Hello,

The file zip is Amateur_Draft_Pitchers_halfstar

For my amatuer draft all of the pitchers only have a potential of 1/2 star. I have a scout that is outstanding in scouting amateurs and have an almost $10 million dollar budget for scouting amateurs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Go to the game setup and hit the button "Recalc All Ratings + Run Full Re-Scouting" under the scouting settings.

I did that, the pitchers are still coming up as 1/2 star potential ratings.

OK, I am having a look at the file now.

OK, the problem is that your scout favors current ability, and this draft class happens to have no pitcher with a lot of current ability, so most are rated low.

We will try to tweak the 2016 draft class in the roster file, but for now either hire a different scout or increase the scouting accuracy.

Ah okay. I switched to a scout that highly favors tools and that seemed a very good quick fix. Thank you.
