All Star Game Representation

I find that when I start a game in 1977, I tend not to have a representative at the all star game as the Jays..

I came across a checkbox one time to require each team to have a player by accident but I don't remember where that was.. Does anyone else remember where it is?

must be done in preseason (maybe off season), otherwise it's not accessible.

League settings>options> .... (about half way down on right side) all star settings ..... there you can select all teams represented .....
