CSV export player ratings don't match editor?

Anyone know why not? I'm trying to use CSV exports to help select national teams but the ratings there do not match the player editor. Quick easy example, Babe Ruth:

I have what I think are the correct options selected in my CSV export configuration:

Any help? It seems clear that the ratings are exporting after being compared to some unknown baseline. Has this always been the case? This is the first time I've noticed it.

Okay, figured it out. Selecting the option to show ratings relative to a league in the Global Settings causes the "Show real player ratings" CSV export to include those relative ratings as well. That's a little counter-intuitive to me, but that's the answer. I just unselected that option, exported the files, then re-selected it.
