Changed Ethnicity File in OOTP17??

In my opinion OOTP16 had too few Caucasian players relative to real MLB, so I changed the ethnicities file so that more would be generated.

I noticed now in OOTP17, it appears that the U.S. (Modern) has been changed so that it's now 1000/1000 for Caucasian nothing for anything else. In OOTP16, it was 400 for African, 10 for Asian, 10 for east-Indian, 500 for Caucasian, and 80 for Hispanic. Is this corrected now for OOTP17? I am just wondering why the large shirt in file and make sure that it will be working correctly.

I'm wondering if I need to adjust this again, or if it's done properly now to reflect proper MLB ethnic proportions.
