Injuries

Maybe I'm just blind on how to fix it. But I keep getting these major injuries and it becoming almost impossible to field a team. Is there anyway to turn down the settings for injury frequency or severity?

Game setting, Player Facegens menu, upper left of screen. Default is normal for fictional play. You can go to the lower settings of low or very low.
