Ticket prices
I recently purchased ootp17 and imported my ootp16 game.
I was asked if I wanted to change ticket prices before heading into the next season and, after going to the world series the year before, I decided an increase made sense. I typed my new amount in the box provided but the new total would never "take" and now the computer as decreased my ticket prices. Probably can't do anything about it for this season, but why would the price I typed in not be entered into the system? |

As with basically all text boxes in OOTP, you need to hit the enter key after changing the value. Most of the boxes tell you this, but there isn't really room on the front office screen to put the text in.
This is one of the few things that I don't think you can edit in commissioner mode either. You can change the overall ticket revenue, but not the price. I guess if you're really bothered by it you could wait until the end of the season and edit the ticket revenue to be your ticket price multiplied by the yearly attendance, but eh... Edit: After investigating I don't think this is actually true, it updates just fine without the enter key for me. Maybe your owner is controlling your finances? In 17 I'm only able to change ticket prices in season. The box isn't active until opening day. Just checked multiple leagues toggling commissioner on and off.
