Two questions: Rule 5 draft and Icon bar

After playing OOTP 17 a bit now, I've got a couple of questions:

Rule 5:
Is there an easier way to figure out who is Rule 5 eligible in OOTP 17 than there was in OOTP 16 (I've had a look but can't find a way).

Other than going to the roster screen and looking through all of my minor leagues and seeing which player has a # next to them, is there an easy way to filter on a screen where I can customise what ratings I see?

Icon bar:
Is there any way to change the color of it?

It's using one of the team colors and on some teams it's fine but for some teams it becomes difficult to read (like the Colorado Rockies). I don't remember this issue occurring in OOTP 16.

Can I set a default color for this bar?
