Moving the quick play bar

Is there a way to move to quick play bar at the bottom of the screen when playing a game in broadcast mode?

On the subject of the icon bar, is there any way to change the color of it?

It's using one of the team colors and on some teams it's fine but for some teams it becomes difficult to read (like the Colorado Rockies). I don't remember this issue occurring in OOTP 16.

Can I set a default color for this bar?
