Playing as General Manager

I only play as a solo GM, allocating everything to assistants except hiring staff.

Anyone else play this way, just curious :-)

I m currently playing that way.... But what I am finding a lot of fun is to actually step in and manage the home games myself.... I very very rarely actually managed in the past, but the game has gotten so super immersive with this edition, and the 3-D parks... WOW... I have been playing all day!.. one of the benefits of being single I guess!LOL..

Yes! Been playing that way even before it was an official mode. I love it!

I don't mass sim much, I actually read out the PBP.

I watch all my games also, but only watch in Webcast View

I watch my games in Webcast view, I let the managers do their thing :-)

The way I really enjoy watching games is through the real-time webcast. I have pretty decent resolution though, and I wish more space could be utilized with information. There is a drop down menu, but I'd really like to have everything visible without having to click...this is especially true if you play at faster speeds, and at bats can often be resolved in the blink of an eye

You talking about Broadcast view? or Webcast View?

I play out some of my games but sim a lot of them too, but I play in commish mode as well and I jump around the league....I don't just stay with one team all year long. They are my main team but I'll jump around the league to other intriguing matchups and play as them sometimes too. I'll even play out some of my minor league games too just to see how those guys are progressing.

Okay, I'm not following you on the drop down menu, the only one I see is to switch Views.

Try to do the same as above but cannot keep myself from interfering to the point of almost micro-managing, maybe that is why a season takes so long for me...
