Finding players whose age is zero

Have a historical game going in 1961, and I just was reviewing some of the trades, and a team traded for a player whose age is zero? I then went into the list of all MLB players and found about 50 or so players whose age is zero? And the international leagues I added, including Nippon, Korean, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, Baseball Challenge League and Shikoku Island, all of the players in those leagues ages are zero?

I've seen this too. However, as soon as you click on them, their actual age mysteriously appears.
