OOTP Release on Mac App Store?

I was wondering if there is a timeframe for the release of OOTP 17 on the mac app store? I know it just got released today so may take some time for Apple to put it up.

Apple is notriously slow on this usually. Since Thursday is the big release days on any of the Apple App Store platforms, hopefully then. And hopefully they will get a front page recognition.

This should be up sometime next week, it still has to get through Apple's review process.

I saw it in the store last night. is it possible to add mods (stadiums and logos) if you install using the Mac app Store? I can never find the game files.

Also saw it in the App store last night. Is it still correct that if you purchase from the App store that the patches can only be downloaded through the App store?

Why don't you guys just buy it from OOTP or through steam so you don't have to wait for patches and things of that nature?
