Fictional Names

This question has probably been answered in the past somewhere on this forum but I’m not sure how to search for an answer.
Is there a way I can enter my own fictitious names into my game so that they appear randomly in league drafts? Is there a folder that I can just throw more names into like I can with the player photos folder?

Usually in the Program Files (x86)\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 17\data\database location there is a file called 'names.txt'

In that file are a bunch of last names stored in this format:

Aberson,3,0
Abert,8,0
Aberts,3,0

With the numbers having something to do with how common the name is. There's also a file for first names. From these files the game will generate random prospects. If you want someone to specifically appear, just edit the draft list and change someone to the name you want with the editor (must be in commissioner mode)

One more question Hammercraft. I think I already know the answer but I don't want to go through all of the set up trouble if this won't work...
If I change all of the names in initial league draft and then save as a quickstart, will it save so that anyone using this qs later would start with the draft with all of my name revisions?
