Question about Season Creation

Hi Guys!,
Just got the game and im excited to delve into it. I have a question some of you season vets might have an answer to.

I am looking to start a league that is structured like the real MLB except that I want custom financials. I basically want a very basic financial system that just has a hard salary cap, and equal payrolls for each team in the league.

I'm ok with either using real players or fictional ones, but I would like to have some stats already included in their careers at the beginning so I can assess them.

Is there a way for meet to meet all of those criteria when I make a game?

just start a normal MLB setup and adjust the financials manually under league settings after you create the game. There is an option to set a salary cap
