Playoff Roster Question

Using playoff rosters.
After roster expansion, I had FOUR players get injured.
According to the rules, if I don't have any eligible players to put on the playoff roster, I cant bring anyone to replace an injured player.
I was forced to play with a 21 man roster in the division series.
I put players on the playoff DL, but I couldn't call up any replacements from either the minors or from the 40-man roster even after the series was over.
Has anyone else had this issue with the playoff rosters and if you have, had did you guys handle this situation?
Besides DISABLING the playoff roster rule.

That shouldn't happen. If you DL a guy and he's supposed to miss playoff time, you should get an extra roster spot for them. Then you should be able to replace them with anyone who was in your organization on the expansion date.

Can you post a picture of your playoff roster page?

I have already simmed past the playoffs.
The next time this happens, I shall get you that screenshot.
But everytime I tried to move a player to the playoff roster, it wouldn't accept it.
I thought that you were eligible for a future playoff roster if you were automatically on the 40-man, or if you were called up at any time during the year before roster expansion.
I think im wrong about this though.
