Phantom Minor League Pitchers Missing

Baltimore Orioles 1882 GM mode: 1 of the minor league teams, without any actual players on it, crashed the game due to not having a phantom pitcher available 23 and 16 games into the season. Error. Little Rock: No pitcher found, empty roster. This happened before the patch and I retried after the patch and it did the same thing 16 games in. Little Rock isn't even 1 of my minor league teams. This is the 1st season after the 1st expansion draft.

Historical Minor leagues do not cover 1882. Start in 1919.

Turn on Ghost players or fill minor with fictional players?

Thank you, though I had ghost players turned on. I also started the league in 1871 and had the same settings on through that point without issue. I was however able to work around it by simulating through the next couple days with real-time simulation versus auto-playing to an upcoming event. 15 seasons later without an issue.
