expansion issue

I started a historical sim in 1976 simmed to the offseason, after free agents filed the expansion draft and all things associated with it still shows up on the events list but there's no option in the league menu to actually do the expansion draft or submit protection lists.

I have run multiple tests and every time I attempt it after free agents file the expansion draft disappears.

I have not included a league file because I would rather see if you get the same issue if you run it the same way I have.

Set-up as follows:
start 1976 season with improted full minors
the only thing I have changed is the amateur draft from 64 rounds to 30 and put the draft pool reveal at 30 days prior
then all I did was sim until the offseason, sim to the expansion draft and it still shows as an event but is not accessible.

using official release build, however IIRC this was not a problem in the original beta build

I believe i found the issue... if you set the amateur draft pool to reveal before the expansion draft it overrides the expansion draft.
