I will post this here since it's not a bug, just a lack of intelligence of mine, how do I fix the screen to show the number of pitches? Kind of annoying having to click on the pitchers to see how many...

Until you get a better answer, you might Configure Screen to move the batter and pitcher blocks (in the lower left and right corner) up a little bit. Number of pitches is below the Stamina line.
