Quick License Question

I read the FAQ, but am still curious:

With the pre-order, do we basically get the ability to use the game on 3 computers? 2 from the esellerate license, and 1 from steam? Or if I use the steam license would one of my esellerate licenses be canceled out?

I figured this would be much faster/easier than filling out a support ticket.

Loving version 17 so far.

Thanks!

Bump.

I'm curious because I have two desktops I use and a laptop I'll be bringing on vacation for two weeks. If we get 2 e sellerates AND a steam, I'll use steam to download the game on the laptop.

Thanks for any help.

Yes, you should be able to do that. You can also use the steam license only, and that one allows you to install to any number of computers on your steam account, I believe. As long as you're only using one game at a time.

And if for whatever reason it didn't, I believe you can also unlicense (without uninstalling), and you should be able to switch between machines. Keep in mind, though, that for all these options, your saved games need to be transferred manually if you want to use them between all the versions.
