Replacing Awards Symbols and 7th inning music

I have tried to replace the award symbols, they worked fine until the first patch/update. When I go into the skins folder I do not have a skin.bin file that needs to be deleted.

Also I have not had any 7th inning stretch music in V 17, is there a place to turn it on, I do have the same sound files from 16.

If you don't have a skin.bin file - launch the game and one should be created.

I just realised I haven't heard that either. The sound files are in the sound folder but they don't appear to get played, although I haven't played a game on the new beta yet.

EDIT: Just thought that I've only played out games in 3d mode with short PbP so perhaps it doesn't play in that?

Don't forget to click 'Run as Administrator' from your shortcut.

Thanks for the replies, I did go to Run as Administrator and found the skin.bin but it had been there all along. It is no longer labeled as such, currently it is "skin" with what looks lie a zipper on the icon.

Still haven't heard the music but I have only played in 3D with short pbp.
