Draft Glitch

Windows 7, standard game, I deleted out the draft pool and regenerated a new pool. When that happened over 300 players had a rating of over 76 out of 80. Also, I checked my minor league system and players who had a rating of at least 50 were then rated over 76 plus one with a 40 rating, Mags Sierra from the Astros system.

I deleted out the file and regenerated the draft pool and the same thing happened again. Finally the third time the player pool was more normal (screenshot # 1), around 300 players with at least a rating of 21, and the Astros ratings were back to where they were when I started the game. The draft still has way more talent with 24 players with at least a 76 out of 80 ratings (Screenshot # 2). For a comparison there are only 36 MLB players with a potential rating of at least 76.

This is after I downloaded the new patch.

Go to the league setup, global tab, and hit the "Recalc all ratings + run full rescout" button (left side)
