Editing coaches

So I thought I'd try replacing Demarlo Hale as Bench Coach for the Blue Jays.

So I could get a sense of why he kind of stinks as a bench coach (the sim rates him as "Average", I shifted to Commissioner Mode so I could look at the numerical values for things like "Teach Hitting" and "Handle Veterans", etc.

Looked at Hale's numbers via the Editor, then opened up Ruben Amaro Jr from the Available Personnel screen.

He has zeroes across the board, even though he has a "Good" rating as a Bench Coach. He has some scouting ratings (where Demarlo Hale has zeroes across the board).

In fact, the first five or six Bench Coach candidates I selected had no ratings for Teaching and Handling, but they DO have Scouting ratings. To me, the Bench Coach does zero scouting, but DOES teach things like running and fielding.

Am I missing something?
