Another logo/jersey/cap ?

In OOTP16, there were automatically (upon downloading the game) folders in logos/jerseys/caps with random logos and unis to use when setting up fictional franchises. I see the folders are still there, but they seem to be empty? Is there an add-on that needs to be downloaded and installed in OOTP17 to get these? Or are they not going to be available?

Also, I see in the description of the Nicknames Project add-on that it says the logos, etc. in that will override what is already included in the game (MLB, MiLB logos, etc.)? Is that the case for current MLB and MiLB teams in current games? If you add this and don't like the result, is there a way to uninstall an add-on?
