				? for Mac users

OK, for many versions of OOTP, I played on a PC. Several months ago, I switched to a 2015 Macbook Pro, which I have downloaded OOTP17 on.

While I am getting used to the Mac experience and OS X, there is a lot I am still unfamiliar with. My current question is this: On a PC, I was able to open the downloaded file for OOTP and access the folders in it, such as logos, jerseys, caps, ballparks, etc. By doing this I could paste & copy or drag logos, jerseys, etc. from other files I had downloaded. Is there a way to do something similar on a Mac system? I have not had any luck finding a way to access anything like these folders on my Macbook Pro. Barring that, is there another way to do the above on a Mac? For example, adding Montreal Expos logos, jerseys, caps. Thanks for any help. |

While under Finder hold down the option key.

Now click on GO and scroll down to Library. Now Click on application support. OOTP developments folder will now be shown. |

For some strange reason, the fine folks at OOTP put those kind of things in a hidden folder. First you have to change Finder to show you your hidden folders. You can look up how to do that because I don't remember. I did it years ago when I wanted access to everything. Go to the folder with your name after you do this and then you'll see a "Library" folder in there. Go there and then go into the "Application Support" folder. Then go to the "Out of the Park Developments" folder and get in there. All the things you're looking for will be in there (photos, logos, etc.). It will be almost the same as Windows if my memory isn't too faulty here. So it's easy once you can see the Library folder to get into. I hope this helps.

Thanks guys. I'm liking the Macbook Pro, but I'm pretty rudimentary on computers and am still learning a lot of the details
