Does drafting a player that is durable or Ironman make a difference when injuries are determind?

I was playing OOPT2016 before downloading the 2017 version, and I had the Orioles, and it was like clockwork, Manny Machado (yes he has been injured), and Jonathan Schoop always seemed to get injured in September.

Is there an optimal setting for a league game? Is there a post that discusses what people use for settings?

Yes durability does make a difference. So far in my VERY limited play through of OOTP17 I have found the injuries running a little high for me so I have moved the league injury setting to the lowest possible level. I may change this as I play more but for now I have been seeing 5-6 injuries a day (league wide) which is too high in my opinion.

Glad you mentioned this as I too have noticed a lot of injuries. It seems that a good number of the players injury status is "wrecked" by the time they are in their early 30's. Markus or Matt???

I noticed that in the TP16 version. Once a guy gets injured, it's like every year they get one or two injuries from spring training until the end of the season.

I would have thought the team trainer would also influence this, but it didn't really seem to.

I play injuries on high and never see anything that doesn't fall in line with today's data.
