It just looks...wrong.
Here's my OOTP16:
...and OOTP17: OOTP16 looks sleek, with plenty of room for lotsa numbers. (I like lotsa numbers.) OOTP17 looks...too big, clunky. No room. Kinda fuzzy. Thoughts?

Try this:
Go to the actual OOTP17.exe file or the OOTP shortcut. Right click. Choose "properties." Choose "compatibility." Check off "disable display scaling on high DPI settings." |

Hehe
The thing is that OOTP 16 did not have this on by default, but this caused issues with other monitors. There doesn't seem to be a setting which works for everyone as far as I know...
