Sent my email exactly 30 minutes ago and still nothing. I've never had a problem getting the download email before and I've bought every OOTP since 2 so it is a bit frustrating.

Another way would be to email gary.breckenridge@ootpdevelopments.com with the order ID and ask for the links. Andreas is currently not available and I will shortly leave the desk as well.

One last stupid question and I hope you'll forgive me (And I guess it's a general question someone else may know the answer to as well). If we ordered early enough for two codes are we gonna get a whole new second code email or does it just mean our one code works twice?

Well....I pre-ordered....sent e-mail to Andreas (twice)....still no link....sent to Gary after the latest update...still no link...I know they are busy, and I'm trying to be patient....but the Sun is now high in the sky...

I'm starting to wonder if it's a problem with my email provider. I requested my purchase history from esellerate about an hour ago and haven't received that email, either. Been getting my usual garbage email all day, though.

That is unusual. I got an instant reply from esellerate. Do you use more than one email address. I have three active addys that I use for various things, and do occasionally get them confused.

I seem to remember having a similar experience last year. No email all day then it came late is what I seem to recall. Maybe there's a bottleneck somewhere.

Well, it's not a problem pertaining to the newsletter, or with me having inadvertently unsubscribed to it. When I tried to resubscribe, I received the following message:

Actually, I just tried to sign up and got same message Caporegime received indicating I'm still subscribed. So that was definitely not the issue it seems. A bit disappointing not having received the initial email (was hoping in Spam folder but no such luck)....

Well, I have to say, this situation has me frustrated and in a foul mood. I think that next year there needs to be a better process in place to capture all the preorders, because from the looks of things that didn't happen this year.
