League Selection

When I select leagues when creating a new game, if I just pick MLB, do guys from Japan and Korea (fictional or not, don't really care) still pop up in free agency in the offseason or no? Or do I need to select those leagues?

Yes, there will still be international free agents if you select that option in your settings.
