Just fooling around with a 1932 historical game, and the New York Giants purchased the contract of a pitcher from the unaffiliated Oakland Oaks! How awesome is that!?!?!

AI teams did do this by default in OOTP 16, just not as often as in 17.

For me they did it often in 16. I even had it so that mlb teams could purchase contracts of players on other mlb teams and minors and it happened so much that I had to change it lol.

Also in 16, mlb buying indy league contracts happened somewhat on a realistic rate using the quickstart.

What is a good modern day value for this setting? Mine is currently disabled and set to $0.
